Eastcote House Gardens Launches £1m Appeal

The Friends of Eastcote House Gardens successfully launched their appeal to raise £1,000,000 for the full Restoration of the buildings and gardens.

The Mayor & Mayoress of Hillingdon attended the event, the Mayor planting a Myrtle shrub in the walled garden to celebrate the Royal Wedding.

Many people came and enjoyed a beautiful sunny day, among the visitors, were 35 descendants of the Hawtrey family, former owners of Eastcote House who were delighted to re-discovered the newly replanted gardens.

The day was a fantastic success, raising £1330, but there is a long way to go and Eastcote House Gardens needs your help.

You can help raise more funds by taking part in the "Co-Operative revolution", click here and vote for Eastcote House Gardens, we could gain £5,000 if we have enough votes, please vote and ask you family & friends to join the revolution as well.
